These prices apply only if you pay your registration fee within 2 weeks of your registration confirmation.

Registrations rules:

• We can only confirm couple registrations immediately, all others will automatically go on waiting list until paired
• Couple registrations have to register for the same pass type (Workshop or Party Pass), however Workshop Pass registrants can apply for different workshop levels
• Solo registrations will be placed on the waiting list until we match them with a registration for the opposite role
• We will do our best to let you in, however you can help it by having a friend who is registering later adding your name – you get in automatically then (unless the event is sold out by then)
• If you have a free pass, you don’t need a registration partner (but we appreciate if you have one)

Gender balance

We need to take good care of the ratio of leaders and followers at workshops and even during parties.
As every year we have way more followers wanting to register than leaders, we need to control the ratio somehow.

1) Ladies can register as a leader to the event if they have at least 1 WSDC Novice point as a leader.
2) They can only register alone as a leader without an additional lady follower.

Cancelling your registration, cost of cancellation, transferring registration
The date of cancellation is the date we receive your clear announcement of cancellation. In case you cancel your participation, we have to charge your payment according to the below. We send back the rest of the money using the same payment method we have received your payment (if you have paid by card we send back the money to your card). The transaction cost is paid by you.

• If the cancellation happens before 15th April: 20% of the whole payment we have received.
• If the cancellation happens between 15th April – 1st May: 50% of the whole payment we have received.
• If the cancellation happens after 1st May: 100% of the whole payment we have received.

If you find registration cancellation too costly, we offer you the option to transfer your registration to another dancer.

Transfer rules:

• if you are a leader, you can only find a leader to substitute
• if you are a follower, you can find either a follower or a leader to substitute unless the event is sold out. If the event is sold out, ticket roles needs to stay to same to preserve balance.
• the cost of transferring registration is the price advantage between the price you paid and the actual price at the time of transferring or a minimum fee of 10€. Eyample: you registered for a workshop pass before 2nd March for 160 € , and you transfer your registration on 10th of April, when the price is 175 €, then the cost of transfer is 15 €). If transferring your registration involves bank transfer from our side, the cost of transfer is paid by you. Finding a substitute can only be done in an acceptable way in no abusing manner, otherwise we refuse to accept the registration transfer.
